1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HandyReady, you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services Overview
HandyReady provides home maintenance/handyman services offered via subscription plans. Plan details (visits, hours, emergency credits, priority scheduling) are described on the Plans page and Subscription Policy.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You represent that you have authority to schedule services at the property.
4. Scheduling & Access
- You are responsible for providing safe access to the property.
- Appointment windows are scheduled based on availability and the plan’s priority level.
- Reschedules/cancellations may be subject to limits (see Subscription Policy).
5. Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). Taxes, additional materials, and work outside the plan scope may be billed separately.
6. Limitations & Exclusions
Some work may be excluded (e.g., major structural work, permitted trades, hazardous conditions). See “Service Coverage & Limitations.” We may refuse or stop work if unsafe conditions exist.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HandyReady’s liability is limited as described here. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend/terminate service for non-payment, fraud, abuse, unsafe conditions, or violation of policies. Customers may cancel per the Subscription Policy.
