1. Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly) unless stated otherwise. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees and any approved additional charges.
2. Payment Processor
Payments are processed via a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card details on our servers.
3. Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, we may retry automatically.
- Service may be paused until payment is successful.
- Repeated failures may lead to cancellation.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on your specific circumstances and applicable law. In general:
- Subscription fees are typically non-refundable once the billing period starts.
- We may issue partial refunds or credits at our discretion for service errors.
- No refunds for missed appointments caused by lack of access or unsafe conditions.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us first to resolve issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and future service refusal.
6. Extra Work & Materials
Work beyond plan coverage (additional hours, materials, special parts) may require approval and separate payment.
