Service Coverage & Limitations
This document explains what is included in HandyReady services, what is not included,
and the limitations that apply to all subscription plans.
1. Services Covered by Subscription
HandyReady subscriptions include routine handyman tasks that can be safely completed within the time limits of your plan.
- Minor home repairs and adjustments
- Mounting TVs, shelves, mirrors, and fixtures
- Basic plumbing tasks (leaks, faucets, drains — no major replacements)
- Basic electrical work (switches, outlets, light fixtures)
- Furniture assembly and disassembly
- Preventive maintenance and inspections
2. Services Not Included
The following services are not included in subscription plans and may require a separate estimate:
- Major renovations or structural modifications
- Roofing, foundation, or load-bearing work
- HVAC installation or repair
- Large-scale plumbing or electrical projects
- Work requiring permits or inspections
- Hazardous material handling (asbestos, mold remediation, etc.)
3. Materials & Parts
Subscription plans cover labor only. Materials, replacement parts, and specialized equipment are not included unless explicitly stated.
- Clients may provide materials or request HandyReady to source them
- Material costs must be approved by the client in advance
- Unused materials remain the property of the client
4. Time & Visit Limitations
Each visit is limited to the duration specified in the client’s subscription plan.
- Unfinished tasks may be scheduled for a future visit
- Unused time does not roll over unless stated otherwise
- Emergency credits are subject to availability and plan rules
5. Safety & Access Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property and a suitable work environment.
- Clear work areas before technician arrival
- Ensure pets are secured
- Provide legal access to utilities and electrical panels
- Unsafe or restricted environments may result in service refusal
6. Geographic & Scheduling Limitations
Service availability depends on technician coverage, location, and scheduling capacity.
- Coverage areas may change without notice
- Same-day or emergency services are not guaranteed
- Priority scheduling applies based on plan tier
HandyReady reserves the right to determine whether a requested task falls within subscription coverage.
Services outside coverage may require a separate estimate or referral to a licensed contractor.
