1. Plans
Basic / Standard / Premium subscription plans include monthly visits and emergency credits as described on the Plans page.
2. Visits & Time Limits
- Each visit includes up to the plan’s time limit (e.g., 2 or 3 hours).
- Tasks must fit within the scheduled time window. Additional time may be billed.
- Emergency visits (if applicable) also count toward time limits.
3. Rollover / Unused Time
Define your rule here:
- Option A: Unused visit time does not roll over.
- Option B: Unused time rolls over for up to X days (e.g., 30 days) with a cap.
4. Scheduling Rules
Appointments are booked based on availability and priority level. Customers must provide access and a safe work environment.
5. Cancellations & No-Show
- Cancel/reschedule window: (e.g., 24 hours before appointment).
- No-show or no access may result in visit being counted as used.
6. Plan Changes
Upgrades/downgrades take effect (choose one): immediately / next billing cycle. Pricing and benefits adjust accordingly.
7. Cancel Subscription
You can cancel anytime. Access and service continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
